Ms. Ting Lu, MBA - VP of Project Management

Ms. Tina Lu has built her career on the solid rock elements of integrity, value, relationship and efficiency. As VP of Project Management, Tina is in charge of capital improvement from design guidance, FF&E procurement, and brand requirement adherence.

With extensive background from Marriott International as operation manager to various leading hotel development groups as owner’s rep, she has delivered more than 30 projects in the total asset of more than 400,000,000. Tina has developed a strong relationship with brand approvers, architects, designers, FF&E vendors, manufacturers and contractors to complete our projects to achieve higher goals.
